Grant Management.

Summit has assisted local governments in the successful application preparation and implementation of over 200 projects totaling in excess of $180,000,000 in CDBG, BRIC, and HMGP funding in addition to hundreds of millions in leveraged funding.

Assistance has housing rehabilitation programs, housing reconstruction, public infrastructure, community service facilities, downtown revitalization including façade improvement programs, commercial and industrial site development, and specialized housing. Such efforts have made significant contributions to the economic growth and standard of living in the affected communities.
