Summit has previously designed an estimated 14.425 miles of sidewalks, multi-use paths, and greenways. We have the expertise to fully understand and implement the needs of the community when embarking on these projects while using environmentally-sustainable materials and practices.

Riverwalk Our team was the prime consultant in constructing this
1.8 mile long greenway alongside the historic Eno river,
where the preservation of native trees was a priority. ► NC Wetland Park
at Walnut creek We partnered with Alta to create this beautiful, environmentally-sustainable
trail in the Walnut Creek Wetland Center, which features numerous innovations
to ensure a "No-Rise" condition was met ► Chapel Hill
Multi-Use Path We provided numerous services to the Town of Carborro
for this 10-foot-wide, 2,100 ft long linear pedestrian and
bicycle path in Chapel Hill, North Carolina ► Town of Hillsborough Riverwalk showing it crossing water.

Maintenance Management Overview

Our Transportation Maintenance Management team understands how vital transportation infrastructure is for a community’s well-being. Our communities rely on the roads that bind us, and we strive to keep that infrastructure healthy and functional. We approach each problem or challenge with an innovative and responsive mindset, developing solutions to keep our infrastructure functional and safe.
