Project Description

This project involves the new construction of a two-story 14,954 Square Foot CMPD Independence Division Station facility. This building is located at 5833 East Independence Blvd. in Charlotte. The project includes large parking areas, stormwater control measures, and hardscapes, and construction will primarily consist of the following:

  • Reinforced Concrete
  • Grade Slabs
  • Elevated Slabs
  • Masonry Construction
