Eleventh Street Apartments

Our team completed the design for a three-building apartment complex in Mebane for a private developer.  Each 15,226 sf building housed (8) residential one and two-bedroom units.

Summit provided land planning, architectural design, landscape architecture, and structural design for this project and the design featured adaptable accessibility in all units which could flex with the individual tenant. Special attention was paid to occupant well-being, sustainability, and ease of maintenance. Our careful coordination and communication with the zoning commission eased the approval process.
