Grove Park Luxury Condominiums

We provided Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections services to Greystar for a 516,600-square-foot condominium and apartment complex in Chapel Hill, NC. Located centrally and near the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, the complex is marketed to both student and non-student residents. The project comprises 346 residences, including twenty-six affordable housing units.

Our services were handled entirely in-house, including utilizing our state-of-the-industry testing lab in Hillsborough, NC. Our Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections services included: Earthwork and Grading, Building and Parking Garage Foundations, Cast-in-Place Concrete Inspections and Testing, Structural Masonry Inspections and Testing, Prestressed and Post Tension Concrete Inspection, Precast Concrete Placement Inspection, Steel and Wood Framing, Asphalt Pavement testing, and Associated laboratory testing.
