Summit has previously designed an estimated 14.425 miles of sidewalks, multi-use paths, and greenways. We have the expertise to fully understand and implement the needs of the community when embarking on these projects while using environmentally-sustainable materials and practices.

Greene County Emergency Operations Center This award-winning project consisted of a full renovation for an Armory National Guard Building,
where Summit worked with Green County's manager and stakeholders to create an operations center
with updated restrooms, offices, a mew break room and conference center, and more. ► Carrier Park Pedestrian Bridge Feasibility Study Summit delivered comprehensive engineering design for 1,900 feet
of sidewalk projects, enhancing pedestrian and bicycle connectivity
across varied environments, including a State Park and a commercial
district, despite the complexities of environmental and cultural sensitivity. ► Hillsborough CMAQ Sidewalk Additions Summit delivered comprehensive engineering design for 1,900 feet

Landscape Architecture is more than just beautiful vistas and purposefully place greenery, it’s the art of placemaking – ensuring that the spaces we design are attractive, functional, and sustainable for all of its various users. Our passion for tailoring spaces for the end users drive our site, landscape, and amenity design. Our Maintenance Management team understands how vital transportation infrastructure is for a community’s well-being. Our communities rely on the roads that bind us, and we strive to keep that infrastructure healthy and functional. We approach each problem or challenge with an innovative and responsive mindset, developing solutions to keep our infrastructure functional and safe.
