Bennett Farms Subdivision

Summit completed a due diligence study and conceptual master plan for a mixed-use development incorporating commercial space as well as 1,600 single-family lots and park-like amenity spaces located in Stokesdale, North Carolina.

We provided a conceptual layout that took into consideration topography, wetlands and streams, buffer zones, and connectivity to the larger neighborhood context. Our team reviewed the proposed concept with NCDOT and incorporated the feedback into the final concept.
