Our team represented the Village of Clemmons on a 3,600-linear foot greenway trail around scenic Village Point Lake. The Village Point Lake Greenway includes a 120-foot pedestrian bridge, two boardwalks and a 180-foot segmental retaining wall.
The team handled project administration, construction engineering and inspection, materials sampling and testing, and ensuring compliance with current NCDOT/FHWA standards and specifications. We provided a full-time inspector on-site to maintain all required NCDOT documentation and to ensure environmental permit compliance for all activities affecting erosion and sedimentation.
