From The Warehouse To The Table.

Our team brings extensive experience designing warehouse and operational facilities that support the food and beverage industry. From cold storage and distribution environments to production-focused renovations and logistics spaces, we understand that these facilities must balance durability, workflow, safety, and scalability while supporting the fast-paced demands of modern food operations.

Built to Support Food Production & Distribution

Backed by a multidisciplinary team of architects, engineers, and site design professionals, we help clients transform industrial spaces into efficient and high-performing facilities tailored to their operational goals. Our experience includes warehouse renovations, storage expansions, adaptive reuse, and food manufacturing support spaces designed to grow alongside evolving business and distribution needs.

Orange County ABC Warehouse and Office

Orange County ABC operates 10 stores and has seen steady sales growth of 5% year over year leading into 2018, and they needed a new warehouse to support it all. A larger, higher efficiency warehouse to support their growing distribution would need to be designed and constructed on site. A 14,250 SF warehouse space was constructed out of a pre-engineered metal structure for it’s cost effectiveness and efficiency. Masonry and metal panel walls helped integrate the building into the surrounding industrial park and distinct steel elements give it character.

Frito Lay Warehouses

The Santa Fe Product Exchange Center was designed as an office and warehouse for the delivery of snack food items throughout the Santa Fe NM area. The building is a 9,000 sf. pre-engineered metal building that houses a warehouse for storing product with loading docks for local delivery trucks and OTR over the road semi-trucks. The building also houses offices and support spaces for delivery truck drivers. The exterior of the building features a masonry veneer wainscot with sunshade element over the main entries. The color palate was chosen to blend with town of Santa Fe color guidelines which feature earth tones. Due to the success of this project, we designed a similar one that was constructed in Tularosa, New Mexico.

Skyway Foods Warehouses

Skyway Foods was looking to expand their operations and build multiple buildings adjacent to one another on a piece of land they owned. This allowed them to phase their operations and construction costs over several years. The three facilities total over 100,000 SF of food manufacturing and cold storage space. Development commenced with 1845 Skyway Drive and completed in 2017. Shortly after construction ended, we began design on 1725 Skyway Drive. After completion in 2019, we started the final building at 1689 Skyway Drive, which completed in 2021.
