Mosaic at Chatham Park

Chatham Park is a 7,100-acre phased-approach project that combines work, recreation, and community by developing a commercial, mixed-use, innovative research and development space. This multi-decade development is located within close proximity to the Research Triangle Park, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, and several world-class universities, making its location a prime spot for growth.

We began our involvement with this development as a direct hire from the Town of Pittsboro and Chatham County. On behalf of the town and county, Summit oversaw all planning and construction activities, bringing the necessary infrastructure to the project area. This included all roadways, off-site, and on-site utilities. As construction progressed, public and private infrastructure was successfully brought to the site. Summit was then engaged directly by ECO CP Partners/Montgomery Development as the lead Geotechnical and Construction Materials Testing and Inspections (CMT) consultant.
