Our land development team recently completed the site design process for the new Christian Brothers Automotive service facility in Lexington, SC. This site is situated on 2 acres and was completed in 2019. For this project, the client needed a +/-5,000 SF, 9-bay, automotive repair facility. This site required stormwater treatment designed to meet South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) standards and numerous on-site utility conflicts. The on-site utilities consisted of both above and below-ground lines.
