Edgecombe County HMGP

Summit provided structural engineering services for this Hazard Mitigation Grant project in Edgecombe County, NC. The grant that our team worked on is Grant 4285-030, which included fifteen homes.

The individual tasks that our team is responsible for on this project include:

• Pre-elevation surveys for seven homes, which include a FEMA elevation certification.
• Intake interviews with all fifteen homeowners.
• Field structural assessments and structural elevation design for all fifteen homes.
• Bid document preparation and bid administration for all fifteen homes.
• Grant management and construction administration for all fifteen  homes.
