Our team provided structural engineering design, detailing, and construction administration services for the Rainbow Pediatrics facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The project included a new steel-framed medical office building with a 4,100 Square-Foot first floor and a 1,100 Square-Foot second floor. The construction administration services that our team was responsible for included reviewing structural shop drawings and two (2) site visits during the facility’s construction.
