Baxter North Mixing Project

Our structural engineering team provided structural engineering design input for the Baxter North Mixing Project located in Marion, NC. We provided site visits for the project in order to review the facility’s existing roof and framing. After conducting the site visits, our team documented the field results and provided those findings to the client.

We provided construction documents, details, and specifications for the structural steel of the 3-story new construction within the Baxter North Mixing project area. Summit also provided construction documents, details, and specifications as required for installing four Air Handling Units (AHU) on dunnage upon the roof, as well as roof steel reinforcements required for roof penetrations that were necessary for ductwork, piping, and exhaust fans.
