Honda Aerospace Engine Plant

We provided structural engineering services for the new Honda Aerospace Engine Plant addition in Alamance County, NC. Honda Aero Inc., the branch of Honda that teams with GE to make lightweight jet aircraft, relocated its world headquarters to Burlington, NC, and required additional manufacturing and office space.

The new $10 million, 55,000-square-foot plant expansion project will increase the company’s manufacturing of Honda Jets, built-in Greensboro, NC. A 10,000-square-foot, two-story office expansion will also be attached to the plant.
