Our team provided architectural and engineering services for the Mid-Atlantic STIHL Warehouse addition in Hillsborough, NC. The warehouse addition consists of adding approximately 22,600 square feet of warehouse space to the side of their existing facility, along with an additional parking and loading dock. Interior office space was relocated, and the restroom facilities and training room were expanded as well.
Our team provided technicians for observation and testing during subgrade preparation, site work and grading, and utility trench backfill and compaction. We also performed compaction testing services during onsite grading. A Special Inspections inspector was also provided to observe field-bolted and field-welding connections. Our architecture team assisted with relocations of interior office space, restrooms, and training room expansions.
