Bella Rosa Golf Master Plan
Frederick, CO
Our team provided architectural master planning services for the Bella Rosa Golf Course, which is located in Frederick, Colorado. We assisted the Client with master planning for an approximate 5-acre area of the existing Bella Rosa Golf Course property. This assistance included evaluating the existing clubhouse and maintenance facilities to ascertain the highest and best usage of the site for future development, modification, and expansion in relation to the built facilities on the site.
The facilities considered in the master planning scope included the existing clubhouse building and related internal programs, the existing maintenance building facility, and the existing maintenance office. Other considerations for the master plan included a future maintenance facility, a future cart barn facility, and a future golf simulation education facility.
The proposed future maintenance facility location would consist of a single, approximately 6,000 SF pre-engineered steel structure designed to accommodate conditioned storage space for mowing, greens-keeping, and maintenance equipment, a maintenance workshop, and related ancillary support spaces such as offices, toilet room, and mechanical areas.
