Project Description

As the Architect, our team provided site planning and schematic architectural services to support the future development of this project within the Bear Industrial Park in Frederick, Colorado. The site planning and architectural services included:

  • Assisting the Owner with the Town of Frederick jurisdictional requirements as required
  • Assist the Owner with other site encumbrances as required to entitle the property
  • Assist the Owner with site planning and schematic design for an approximately 10,000 square-foot industrial building.

This 10,000 square-foot industrial building is the future home of Hybrid Construction, Ltd. and will include on-site parking, related site amenities, and required landscape architecture elements.
