Highway 86 Development

Our team provided site and civil design services for a new Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Wrangler dealership on Highway 86 in Hillsborough, North Carolina.

As a part of our surveying services, our team located and identified trees 12 inches in diameter and larger that were added to the topographic survey map and existing conditions plan. Following the survey work, our team completed an overall design, elevations, and site plan for the project. Since this project required a Special Use Permit, our team has to complete all plan revisions and documentation required to address comments from the Town of Hillsborough Planning staff and other Town departments. We also provided documents and plans for review by the Planning Board and the Town Board of Commissioners to be presented at a Joint Public Hearing.
