Summit provided conceptual master planning and site design to support a much-needed new park featuring baseball fields and a community center for the families of Orange County. The park will be located on a 36-acre site in Efland and intends to address a chronic shortage in baseball fields for the little leaguers in the area.

The project is being undertaken by a community non-profit organization explicitly dedicated to creating this park. Our team will provide design development, construction documentation, and construction administration services for the new park. We have taken an active role in assisting the Owner in shepherding the project through the entitlement process. Services provided to date include Master Planning, Site Design, Graphics, Landscape Architecture, and Land Development.
