NCDOT Fayetteville Outer Loop

The Fayetteville Outer Loop, also known as Interstate 295, is a 22.4-mile bypass. As the Prime Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) firm, we provided experienced, qualified, and NCDOT-certified technicians for an 8.4-mile portion of the loop. Construction Materials Testing (CMT) and Special Inspection duties for this project encompassed grading, drainage, Y-line paving, noise walls, structure construction, and contract administration.
We also staffed an Assistant Resident Engineer to assist with project management. Our staff provided oversight of all construction activities, coordinated technician/contractor inspection operations, monitored project progress, and provided final documentation for project acceptance by NCDOT and FHWA.
