We are the current Architect of Record for the State Employees’ Credit Union. This contract utilizes most of our building and site services, meaning we have provided not only architectural services but also structural engineering, geotechnical engineering, soils and construction materials sampling and laboratory testing, civil/site design, traffic engineering and construction administration.
Our architecture team developed three (3) new prototypes for North Carolina locations ranging from 6,500 square feet to 10,000 square feet. We have either renovated or newly constructed over 45 locations in North Carolina including establishments in Charlotte, Hillsborough, New Bern, North Wilkesboro, Liberty, Fuquay-Varina, Wilmington and Winston-Salem. Each location requires different services and different qualifications which meant our teams quickly learned how to adapt to our client’s needs on the ground.
