Tasty 8’s was a restaurant in downtown Raleigh that served creative twists on American classics. The menu lived up to its name and it offered 8 types of gourmet hotdogs, 8 styles of beer, 8 tasty shakes, and fries with 8 dipping sauce options.
Our architecture team completed interior up-fit work and exterior modifications and improvements for this 1,600 SF restaurant in Raleigh. The exterior modifications included a new canopy at the take-out window, a new storefront sign structure, and a new overhead glazed storefront garage door system with an entry door. This was designed with energy efficiency in mind, such as devices that control daylighting and solar heat gain as well as having the first garage door on Fayetteville Street.
