Project Description

Summit provided Geotechnical, CMT and Special Inspections for this 20,000 SF energy plant  to house chillers and boilers providing distributed hot and cold water for heating and cooling purposes throughout the Wake Technical Community College (WTCC) campus. Intense energy savings and sustainability will be incorporated through the means of efficient systems derived from advanced solar and geothermal technologies.

In addition, this project provides for the initial site clearing, excavation and grading; the installation of roads, bridges and access points; and the construction of appropriate site drainage and retention ponds, etc. to support the first phases of the Eastern Wake Campus expansion for WTCC.
