Announcing Our 2025 Q4 Pinnacle Award Winners!

As 2025 came to end, we took a look back at our year of accomplishments and recognize our newest batch of Pinnacle Award winners! Dedicated and talented employees, our winners are members of the Summit community dedicated to upholding our company values.

What is the Pinnacle Program?

The Pinnacle Program is our means of giving back to our employees. Each quarter, we recognize up to eight individuals from a pool of nominees put forward by their peers.

Any team member at any level can submit a nomination for someone they feel should be recognized. This ensures that every voice in the company has the opportunity to be heard and represented. Furthermore, our goal is for employees to feel gratified knowing that their coworkers see and appreciate their service.

Our 2025 Q4 Pinnacle Award Winners!

She willingly stepped into multiple roles, quickly learning new responsibilities without hesitation or complaint. Her growth, adaptability, and the knowledge she gained in billing continue to strengthen her impact in her current role.

His contributions support Summit’s continued growth and expanding presence in the planning field.

Ed S., Senior Project Engineer

He consistently delivers high-quality work across traffic engineering analysis, signal design, broadband fiber networks, and ITS inspection and testing. Ed’s professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail have been instrumental in the department’s success in new markets. He is always willing to share his expertise and support others.
Leticia R., Civil Designer III

His strong work ethic and commitment to quality have earned complete trust, and he exemplifies the standards Summit stands behind.

Since October 2024, he has led the development of Field Map applications and trained staff on their use, record keeping, and Deltek entry. He has also taken on a leadership role managing pipe inventory assessments while continuing to support debris removal efforts. Sam’s work has significantly strengthened Summit’s reputation as a disaster recovery partner.

Please join us in congratulating these eight individuals for their exceptional contributions to our company which have led to our continued success.
