Pinnacle Award Winners for Q4 2022

Posted By: Ariana P.

The Final Pinnacle Award Winners of 2022 Have Been Announced!

Summit knows that our employees are the lifeblood that allows us to perform above and beyond in every aspect of our work. That’s why we enacted the Pinnacle Program, an employee recognition program that rewards employees for work and behavior that aligns with our company’s purpose, vision, and values.

What is the Pinnacle Program?

The Pinnacle Program is our means of giving back to our employees. Each quarter, we recognize eight individuals from a pool of nominees that were put forward by their peers. A total of 32 Pinnacle Award winners are chosen each year.

Any team member at any level can submit a nomination for someone they feel should be recognized. This ensures that every voice in the company has the opportunity to be heard and represented. Furthermore, our goal is for employees to feel gratified knowing that their coworkers see and appreciate their service.

Chase F., Assistant Resident Engineer

Fred S. and Chase F. have been a team since the Summer of 2022. It’s hard to separate these employees because of the tremendous amount of work they have accomplished together. They have maintained a complex spreadsheet to track numerous data points and trained the rest of their team by creating guidelines to follow the process. They also handle much of the communication within the department.

Chase and Fred have picked up project reviews when the rest of the team was burdened with meeting deadlines, and dedicated themselves to resolving issues. They have also reviewed the other team member’s submittals to ensure no data has been missed and provide a weekly update to the team. Both Chase and Fred are super sharp, focused, professional, organized and have been the best at supporting and collaborating within the team.
