Announcing our Q2 Pinnacle Award Winners!

With fourteen different service departments and numerous offices throughout the southeast, Summit has a lot on its plate– and a lot of employees under its roof!

As summer settles in and we reach the halfway point of the year, we want to give the Summit shout-out to a handful of our hard-working employees. Each of these individuals have worked tirelessly to keep the Summit wheels spinning, and for that, we want to show them a token of our appreciation.

Enter the Pinnacle Program: an employee recognition program that ensures that our staff is recognized and rewarded for their dedication to upholding our values.

What is the Pinnacle Program?

The Pinnacle Program is our means of giving back to our employees. Each quarter, we recognize up to eight individuals from a pool of nominees put forward by their peers.

Any team member at any level can submit a nomination for someone they feel should be recognized. This ensures that every voice in the company has the opportunity to be heard and represented. Furthermore, our goal is for employees to feel gratified knowing that their coworkers see and appreciate their service.

Our 2022 Q2 Pinnacle Award Winners!

Debbie B., Administrative Assistant

If there’s two things we know about Debbie, it’s that she’s always on the move and always wearing a smile. She’s the first face most people will see when they enter our HQ. Anyone can tell you that she’s happy to lend a hand and be a friend to anyone who comes through our doors. Debbie is simply a pleasure to work with, and we can all admire and appreciate the energy and enthusiasm she brings to the building each day.

Neil D., Transportation Design Manager

Neil has been a part of the Summit community for a little over a year. In that time, he has already become an integral part of the Transportation Design family. Ever since his arrival, he has massively boosted the Transportation Design team’s morale. Neil instills confidence into his team through a winning combination of his knowledge, previous experience, and warm personality. He is always trying to squeeze in more time– more time to work, to help others, and to guide the team. His dedication to the Summit values shines through every aspect of what he does.

Bob K., Project Manager

A real “Rock Star,” Bob is the absolute best at rallying the team and boosting morale. He goes out of his way to ensure all hands are on deck for team-building events and ensures that every Raleigh employee is invited to celebrate, relax, and socialize with each other at monthly social events. These events are not only integral to morale, but they also encourage friendships between our many service departments. Way to go, Bob!

Daniella W., Transportation Technician I

Daniella is a steller team player and can put her mind to the grindstone to get anything done. She recently created a CEI Office Admin Manual, which became a living document for others to read and provide input into. Though the document is still new, it’s very strong with clear navigation, visuals, and more. Thank you, Daniella, for this impressive– and necessary!– contribution to our CEI team!
