Announcing Our 2024 Value Award Winners!

It’s April Fools but this is no joke! We want to wish a very warm congratulations to our most recent Pinnacle Award winners! Each of these individuals has already contributed so much, and we’re excited to recognize their hard work and dedication to upholding our company values.

What is the Pinnacle Program?

The Value Awards recognize six previous pinnacle winners representing Summit’s cherished values. Each individual is selected for the award they embody in their day-to-day.

Any team member at any level can submit a nomination for someone they feel should be recognized. This ensures that every voice in the company has the opportunity to be heard and represented. Furthermore, our goal is for employees to feel gratified knowing that their coworkers see and appreciate their service.

THE BACKBONE AWARD

Mahmoud F., Project Administrator

He consistently dedicates themselves to his projects and has successfully completed multiple initiatives. He has invested significant time in building relationships with key stakeholders and is frequently present to oversee project sites. His commitment goes above and beyond, ensuring that all parties, including the community, is well-informed and supportive of the project activities. Mahmoud’s regular presence on-site emphasizes the importance of enhancing the surrounding environment and ensuring long-term resilience. I wholeheartedly recommend this person for recognition as he truly deserves it!

THE ROCKSTAR AWARD

Larry M., Asset Manager

Larry has been an exceptional employee and has made invaluable contributions to our company’s safety program. He has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to safety, going above and beyond to enhance our safety protocols and protect the well-being of our team.

Larry’s dedication to continuous improvement is truly admirable. He has proactively sought out and obtained safety certifications, expanding his knowledge and expertise to become a true asset to our organization. His actions have not only improved our safety standards but have also inspired others to follow his lead.

Moreover, Larry’s genuine care for his colleagues is truly remarkable. He is always willing to lend a helping hand, offering guidance and support to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being. His positive attitude and collaborative spirit have fostered a culture of safety and teamwork within our company.

For his outstanding performance, his unwavering dedication to safety, and his invaluable contributions to our company, he is truly deserving of this award and is an exemplary model for all employees.

THE EXCELLENCE AWARD

Logan W., Business Development Coordinator

Since joining Summit, Logan has always strived to be a contributing team member. His work ethic is tireless, with few mistakes. He has tackled numerous very large institutional data projects and completed them on time and accurately. He always finds new and creative ways to support our Operational Team through identifying and communicating potential opportunities. Logan is invaluable to the BD Team and an integral part to Summit’s growth./ Logan is very dedicated and valued employee. He is a tireless worker and always willing to go the extra mile!/ Logan has spent hours cleaning up data and inputting CPIs into the CRM and Leads and Opportunities Pipeline. His dedication has led to a successful launch of the CRM and will help Summit prioritize business pursuits moving forward./ Logan has done so much for our marketing team, keeping all the cip’s up to date and he is always available to help with any questions or problems we have, just call him and he will help. He has such a vast knowledge of projects./ Hard worker and focused on his tasks.

THE VISIONARY AWARD

Anthony F., Architecture Project Manager

Anthony is always motivated to get work done and very dedicated to getting things done right. He is working hard on Summit standards to make seamless project delivery to the client.

THE INTEGRITY AWARD

Timothy G., Project Manager

Tim has done an outstanding job in managing as the Principle Landscape Architect at Summit. He creates a very welcoming atmosphere in both our LA team and with everyone he interacts with in the company that we have seen. These actions speak to the community building that Summit strives to nurture. He also works to create a collaborative attitude between departments to create a better project and product for all of the clients. He has been a great manager as we grow our LA team and we look forward to continuing the grow the LA team with him.

THE PARKER AWARD

Greg F., Department Manager

Mr. Fuller demonstrates the perfect balance of management vs. micromanagement. Our team is able to use professional judgement and experience to perform and pursue our work in areas we are passionate about, while being able to reach out and get support and guidance when or as needed. He consistently pushes us to improve and reach for excellence in our work and professional development.
