Pinnacle Award Third Quarter Winners

It’s time, once again, for the Pinnacle Awards!

At Summit, we want to ensure that the hard work, dedication, and ingenuity of our team members are recognized and rewarded throughout the year. To this end, we created the Pinnacle Program, an employee recognition program that rewards employees for work and behavior that aligns with our company’s purpose, vision, and values. We believe that the Pinnacle Program reflects Summit’s dedication to the growth and diversification of our firm, encourages employees to bring their best selves to work, and rewards those at the center of our success.

What is the Pinnacle Program?

The Pinnacle Program is our means of giving back to our employees. Each quarter, we recognize eight individuals from a pool of nominees that were put forward by their fellow employees. A total of 32 Pinnacle Award winners are chosen each year.

Any team member at any level can submit a nomination for someone they feel should be recognized. This ensures that every voice in the company has the opportunity to be heard and represented. Furthermore, our goal is for employees to feel gratified knowing that their coworkers see and appreciate their service.
