Our landscape architecture team has over 70 years of global experience from downtown revitalization to open space parks.

Our land development team defines customer satisfaction having worked with a single client on over 50 projects and most of our work is from repeat customers.

Our planning team has broad local government experience to assist with everything from comprehensive planning zoning ordinance updates to development scenario modeling.

Our structural engineering team has elevated homes in floodplains, designs the insides of the US’s second-largest credit union, and conducted numerous inspections on all types of bridges.

We are working on 600 miles of design for a single Broadband Infrastructure project in addition to our proven track record of incorporating technologies to improve mobility and safety.

Our transportation design team has won ACEC awards in the past 5 years for Engineering Excellence, because their work connects communities together.

Our Signature Design Approach

We utilize a Signature Design Approach that is distinctive in the design professions. By combining the most current research and evidence-based design approaches with a carefully curated approach to listening and understanding, we are able to leverage our depth of experience to consistently deliver innovative, artful solutions on time and on budget.

1. Listening/Learning (Deep Discovery)

Before we draw a single line, we will have listened intently, asked probing questions, and developed an understanding of the site and the budget. We take a holistic approach, going deep to understand the needs of the client, the project, and the site.

2. Visioning Collaboration

Every project is unique and requires clear vision to get to a concept that delivers on the client’s needs both functionally and aesthetically. From the listening, learning, and discovery in step one we collaborate with the client to arrive at the right concept for their project.
